Approved label

Marque creates the inbound label. Use discreet packaging and do not place luxury brand names on the outer box.

Checked-in receipt

Arrival package, weight, exterior condition, and contents are photographed before the item enters a numbered tamper-evident bag.

Controlled custody

Custody transfers are logged, the item stays in locked storage, and examination is completed within three business days after checked-in receipt.

Verified return

Repacking and seal condition are photographed. Return uses adult signature or verified pickup and goes to the approved address unless an address-change review is completed.

Value and insurance

The pilot accepts items with a declared value up to $5,000. Higher values require individual approval. Shipping protection must be arranged through the approved specialist shipping program; carrier declared value is not described as insurance.

Insured round-trip shipping is charged separately. Used labels, shipping, and insurance charges are not refundable once incurred.
